What a "Storybook" beginning as Jake's Specials career skyrocketed from the start. So far in 1999, (as of March 12, 1999) "Jake" has won 4 All Breed Best In Shows, 7 Group 1's and 14 Best of Breeds. "Jake" and Michael Shepherd have, in such a short time, acquired quite a fan club. His "story" has just begun and we feel that the sky is the limit with the team of "Jake and Michael".
"Jake" is the 3rd generation multiple Best In Show winners going back to CH. CherKei's High Cotton, SOM and CH. CherKei's Ultimate High, SOM.
We feel that "Jake" displays a rare combination of breed type, substance, and style along with excellent soundness and a most expressive and correct headpiece.
Our most sincere thanks and gratitude go to Skip and Linda Abel, Storybook Boxers, for allowing us to share "Jake" with them and the Boxer fancy. A big RIP IT UP thank you to all his friends and supporters.
