"Cruise" finished his championship by winning two 5 point majors during the Regional weekend in Houston, September 1992. Shown only two months as a special in 1992, he, nevertheless, gained enough wins to qualify for the Top Twenty Competition at the 1993 American Boxer Club.

"Cruise" started his special career in March of 1993 under the superb handlers Dick and Chris Baum. In just over three months of showing, his record total is impressive. "Cruise" won the Top Twenty on his second birthday.
